Here’s The Culprit
Actually, there were about four scale and proportion culprits. My favorite part was when he said “…then you lean back and you look at it and you go (pause) look at the size-a that foot!” I think he thought he was done, but as he walked through the steps he outlined, he had to circle that giant foot – which BTW is probably one of the best feet I’ve ever drawn. Must. Lean. Back. Evaluate early and often. That would help my cooking too. But it was great to watch the video feedback for my first homework post. I’m looking forward to applying it to my next assignments. He compared scale and proportion to playing high school basketball: “It’s like the feel of the ball on your hands. It’s something that you have a familiarity with over time.”
